If the Client notifies CGWIC of its request at least 180 days before the first day of the then-existing Launch Period. Cumulative postponements under this Sub-paragraph (1) shall not exceed sixty (60) days.

If the Client notifies CGWIC of its request at least 120 days before the first day of the then-existing Launch Slot and the proposed new Launch Slot or Launch Day remains within the

Cumulative then-existing Launch Period. postponements under this Sub-paragraph (ii) shall not exceed forty-five (45) days.

(iii) If the Client notifies CGWIC of its request 120 days to 90 days before the first day of

If the postponement is required as a direct result of an Event of Force Majeure as provided in Paragraph 20.3 hereof.

If the change of Launch Day or Launch Time constitutes final determination made by mutual agreement of the Parties pursuant to Paragraph 6.4 after the general check-out of the Launch Vehicle and the Payload.

(d) If the postponement requested by the Client does not meet any of the stipulations in Sub-paragraph (c) above, CGWIC will charge a postponement fee. postponement fee shall be calculated as follows:
