COORDINATION BETWEEN CGWIC AND THE CLIENT

The Client and CGWIC shall each designate, in writing to the other Party, one mission director and two (2) technical coordinators no later than two (2) months following the effective date of this Contract.

The task of the mission directors and technical coordinators shall be to supervise and to coordinate, through consultation, the performance of the Services and the respective commercial and technical commitments of the Parties. The mission directors and technical coordinators may call upon other individuals from their respective organizations, as well as their contractors and consultants, to participate as necessary and appropriate in such consultations.

Each Party's mission director shall be authorized by the Party appointing him or her in accordance with the Letter of Appointment given to the other Party to deal with any commercial, planning and technical problems arising during the performance of this Contract as are specified in such Letter of Appointment as well as any other problems arising from its daily administration. Each Party shall require its mission director and technical co-ordinators to give such assistance as may be reasonably required by the other Party for the purpose of implementing this Contract.

Either Party may replace its mission director or either of its technical coordinators by informing the other Party in writing of such replacement and the effective date of appointment. Such notification shall be signed by an official of the respective Party who is authorized by such Party to amend this Contract and shall become part of this Contract when received by the other Party. If either Party is dissatisfied with the performance of the other Party's mission director, technical coordinators or other personnel, it shall give details of its dissatisfaction to the other Party who shall investigate such complaint and if the other Party finds that such complaint is justified, the other Party shall take all reasonable steps to replace the person in respect of whom the complaint was made.

The Client and CGWIC recognize that it may be necessary or desirable to request changes to this Contract and the Parties agree to cooperate fully with each other to make all such changes that are reasonable and appropriate to
