LAUNCH SCHEDULE
The Launch shall take place within the Launch Period which is initially scheduled to be the three-month period commencing February 1, 1990.
The Launch Slot within the Launch Period shall be proposed by CGWIC and fixed by mutual agreement between the Parties no later than six (6) months prior to the first day of the Launch Period.
The Launch Day within the Launch Slot shall be proposed by CGWIC and shall be tentatively determined by mutual agreement between the Parties no later than forty-five
If (45) days prior to the first day of the Launch Slot. required by the Client, CGWIC shall propose a Launch Day as early as 90 days prior to the first day of the Launch Slot.
The final determination of the Launch Day and of the Launch Time within the Launch Day shall be made by mutual agreement between the Parties after the general check-out of the Launch Vehicle and the Payload as provided in Paragraph 5.3 and the actual Launch Time shall be determined in accordance with the Interface Control Document referred to in Annex I.
The Launch Period, Launch Slot, Launch Day and Launch Time, or any of them, may be postponed in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 hereof.
Should the Parties, for any reason whatsoever, have failed to agree upon the Launch Slot, Launch Day or the Launch Time within the respective time limits specified in Paragraph 6.2, 6.3, or 6.4, CGWIC shall have the right to fix the Launch Slot, Launch Day or Launch Time within the Launch Period, taking into account its Launch Opportunities, the availability of the Launch Vehicle and the Payload, and the requirements of the Client. CGWIC shall consult with Client, and such of the Client's Associates as the Client may reasonably require, in fixing the Launch Slot, Launch Day or Launch Time under this Paragraph 6.6.
