CGWIC will be responsible for obtaining all necessary or desirable permits from all relevant Chinese authorities for the shipment of the Payload and any equipment ancillary thereto to the Launch Base from outside China and their movement within the Launch Base, which permits shall be compatible with the requirements of the Client or imposed upon the Client by the manufacturers of the Payload or any such equipment or under any export license or permit granted by the government of the United States of America or any other relevant country, provided the Client provides all such documentation as is reasonably required by the relevant Chinese authorities for the purpose of obtaining such permits. The Client shall not be required to produce documentation which will breach any requirements imposed on it or its Associates by the government of the United States or any other relevant country. If any customs or import duties or taxes are imposed by the Chinese Government or any ministry or department thereof on the Payload or any equipment ancillary thereto CGWIC shall pay such duties or taxes or indemnify Client therefor.

CGWIC shall likewise assist the Client in obtaining all necessary or desirable permits from all relevant Chinese authorities for the entry to China and for access to the Launch Base (and as agreed between CGWIC and Client, the Launch Vehicle) for any personnel of Client or its Associates who are nominated by Client to enable Client to perform its obligations under this Contract.
