All of the above-mentioned documents shall be deemed to form an integral part of this Contract.

As between this document and any of the said Annexes, the precedence of any such document over any other in the event of any inconsistency between or among them shall, unless specifically otherwise provided in any such document, be in the order in which such documents are listed in Paragraph 3.1 above.

All references to Annex I herein shall be deemed to include a reference to all documents referred to in Annex I, including, in particular, the Interface Control Document, LM-3 Users Manual, Xichang Launch Center Users Manual, and the spacecraft specifications provided by the Client.
