It will be necessary to show the detailed wording to our insurance advisors to ensure the points raised by BNSC to Willis Faber & Dumas (my letter 7 March refers) have been adequately covered before arrangements can be finalised.
I should be grateful if you would confirm Mr Seddon of Asiasat is aware of the above. We have made these two points clear to Willis Faber & Dumas and also to Satellite Insurance Services (who are acting for Asiasat) on several occassions but are unsure how clearly the message has been passed to Asiasat.
