Volunteer Pensions are payable under the Volunteer and Naval Volunteer Pensions Ordinance, Cap. 202; and
War service counts for pension purposes as provided under Pension Regulation 16, Cap. 99 in the case where a public officer has served with Her Majesty's Services, and before doing so was employed in the public service.
