Vacancy for Deputy Director of intellectual Property

I forwaru for the advice of the Public Service Commission a copy of the Secretary for Trade & Industry's BCAO dated 10 May 1990 together with the Recruitment Selection Board Report recommending that, subject to creation of the post, Miss A.C. Waters be appointed as Deputy Director of intellectual Property (DL3) on overseas agreement terms for the remaining period of her current agreement and that Mr. D.O. Kitchell be put on the waiting list for appointment. Staff report files in respect or the two officers are also attached.

Miss Waters, aged 49, was first appointed as Solicitor in the Registrar General's Department On cvcrseas agreement terms on 1 May 1977. She was promoted to her present rank of assistant Registrar General (DL3) on 15 June 1989. She is now serving the second leg of her lanked contract which will expaze on 27 January 1993.
