Duties of

Deputy Director of Intellectual Property

Property

To assist the Director of Intellectual

(a) in the operational

professional aspects of and Patents Registries;

management and

the Trade Marks

(b) on policy, legal and legislative matters

affecting the

Department;

Intellectual Property

(c) in the administration of the Department;

(d) in coordinating and advising on professional, technical, and procedural

aspects for the introduction of new legislation and administrative systems.
