Candidates should be legal/judicial officers at DL2 or above level or equivalent, with proven professional and administrative expertise. legal qualification, i.e. barrister or solicitor, and experience intellectual property matters, in particular a good working knowledge o the law and practice relating to trade marks and patents, are essential.
