of Mr D W K Sullivan, Insurance Officer to Commissioner for Insurance (D4) with effect from 1 April 1990, subject to the creation of the post;

a copy of a memorandum dated 29 September 1989 from the Registrar General recommending the renewal of Mr Sullivan's agreement for 3 years from 1 September 1990; and
