Notwithstanding the immediate adverse effect on our members' morale, it is the considered opinion of the Committee that the continued lack of answers will simply accelerate the rate of departure of expatriate officers and given the attendant publicity this will do no good for public confidence in the future.
In order that the Committee can fully prepare for the Annual General Meeting I must request that we receive a reply by the 25th April, at the very latest.
