In conclusion, I would, on behalf of all Police officers, congratulate and wish you every success in your new post. Whilst the foregoing may seem somewhat akin to a 'shopping list', you have my assurance that the Police Force remains effective, loyal and well-motivated. This will continue, I am certain, until, as the Americans would put it, 'hell freezes over'.
