The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Sierra Leone presents its compliments to the British High

Commission and has the honour to inform that the Government

of the Republic of Sierra Leone proposes to establish an

Honorary Consulate General in Hongkong and to appoint Mr. John Ying-Bun Wu as Honorary Consul-General of the Republic of Sierra Leone in Hong Kong. The curriculum Vitae of Mr.

Wu is attached.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Sierra Leone trusts that the High Commission would use its good offices to obtain, as early as possible, the Agrement for the establishment of the Consulate-General in Hong Kong

as well as for the appointment of Mr. John Ying-Bun Wu as Honorary Consul-General of the Republic of Sierra Leone in

Hong Kong.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Sierra Leone avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the British High Commission the assurances of its highest
