Proportion of exploratory visits which develop into
links
Number of aided personnel who achieve promotion in their institutions

Exchanges will lead to the development of links, joint
research and collaborative staff development. Short term visits will be geared to attendance at conferences, cours and symposia in Brita and Hong Kong.
Also, consultancy visits to support English language learning needs of HE sector.
Programmes will be co-funded through provision of air fare and local costs. We expect to cost-share the new ELT initiativ
with Government and
industry in Hong Kong
