The tertiary institutions are facing not only a rapid expansion of degree places, but also loss of experienced and qualified staff through emigration before 1997.

These Schemes have been enthusiastically received by the tertiary institutions and government, and we are in the process of following-up post mission, to get the above schemes up and running as soon as possible, before the official launch next April.
