Further to my fax yesterday, I have revised costings for the English Teachers project (I have called it SPELT after its forebear). By relating costs to the outturn in 1988 rather than the estimate, the figure comes down to £910,000. However, this could be revised to £900,000 without too much risk. Costings are attached.
