UPGC's Role

In considering XCC (89) 117, ExCo noted the following possible scenario (ExCo scenario) for achieving
the revised target of 15,000 FYFD places in 1994-95 :-
(a) to bring forward the student number targets for
HKU and HKBC for 1996-97, ie 10,000 fte for HKU
and 4,000 fte for HKBC;
