None of them had the knowledge of the following :-

the screening policy;

the news that they would be placed on a deserted island after arrival;

'Push-out' policy in Malaysia;

(d) registration number of the vessel;

(e)

seller/owner of the vessel;

(f) any Chinese official involved;

(g) the mandatory repatriation.

Total number of unaccompanied minors under the age of 18 : 3 (1B, 2G).

3. Hong Kong was chosen because of safety reason.

No criminal offence was reported.

No other VBP was encountered on their way to Hong Kong.

6. Mr. LAU TAC NHON reported that his daughter, LAU MY LAY, aged 4, was mentally

retarded when she was born.
