According to the VBP, the Sino-Vietnamese border was still open.

Total no. of unaccompanied minors under the age of 18 : 2(1B, 1G).

Serviceman/Ex-serviceman : NIL

Policeman : NIL.

Hong Kong is chosen instead of other countries for safety reason.

No criminal offence is reported.
