A boatmate named LE VAN HUYNH eventually admitted that he and his son LE VAN HIEN and daughter LE THI LANH had previously arrived in Hong Kong on 26-4-88 (Ref. L/M 2694). They were later on repatriated back to VN voluntarily on 17-8-89 with other 118 Vietnamese. This time, he also brought along with his wife and other sons and daughters. Mr. K. T. CHOW of RCC was informed accordingly.
