Further to my letter of 10 April I enclose details of four groups of Vietnamese totalling 58 people who have recently arrived in Hong Kong having earlier crossed the Sino-Vietnamese land border.

I should be grateful if you could bring this information urgently to the attention of the relevant Chinese authorities.
