Among them, 2 males and one female spoke Cantonese but claimed to be from HAI PHONG, N.VN. The rest of them including 6 males and 7 females spoke PU TUNE HUA. After 8 hours' voyage, the junk eventually arrived in Hong Kong. All of them were unloaded and the junk left immediately. The informant was left alone after the group had dispersed. He walked to the nearby church in order to ask for help because his brother in USA had told him that a Catholic priest in name of CHA ROBE working at refugees camp could give him assistance in Hong Kong. As the bhurch he visited was a christianity one, he was directed to visit the Catholic Welfare Association ( t i k in t Thereafter, he went there on foot and consequently the priest accompanied him to surrender to the police station in the afternoon of the same day.
