Informant : TRAN THI SANG
After a serious dispute with her father, the informant decided to leave her home at HA TRUNG, THANH HOA, N.VN for DONG NAI, S.VN. on 21-10-89 with the intention to visit her aunt there, Nevertheless, she met two VN women called 'LAN' and 'LUU' at a bus station and was persuaded that she could earn her living easily by means of selling clothes near the Sino-Vietnamese border. The informant was invited to go along with them. A few days later, they reached LANG SON and crossed the border to PENG XIANG(憑祥 ) and the informant was accommodated at LAN's house for 3 days. On 19-11-89, the informant was taken to CHENG HAI (4) of QUANG DONG! via NAN NING() and QUANG ZHOU (4) under the escort of 'LAN' and 'LUU' as well as their husband. As soon as they arrived at CHENG HAI, the informant was forced to marry a local resident in name of 'DIEN THU KIM' and she even did not know whether their marriage was legally registered. As she was always rudely trented by
'DIEN', she left CHENG HAT on 26-01-90 with the help of a neighbour called 'XIM'. She was later led to SHEU ZHEN (2) via QUANGZHOU) and was directed The way to Hong Kong. On 18-02-90, she sneaked through the boarder fence with other
