At around 0001 hrs. on 25-02-90, the party of 20, including one steersman and his assistant, began their voyage. arrived at an unknown beach in Hong Kong three hours later. The 16 others swarmed ashore whereas these two VBP wandered along on their own. They were finally intercepted by police at TUEN MUN area in the afternoon of the same day,

b. mandatory /forced repatriation

c. whether the Sino-Vietnamese border is closed or control tightened

d. that they would be placed on a deserted island after their arrival in H.K.

2. They would write back to Vietnam.

3. They had not been examined by PRC officials throughout their voyage to H.K.
