Vietnamese using forged travel document to enter Hong Kong

A 26 year old female Vietnamese attempted to use a forged Singaporean passport to leave for USA by air on 31.1.90 and was arrested. She alleged that she left Ho Chi Minh City, S.VN with her sister and crossed the Sino-Vietnamese land border to Dong Xing() in April 1989. After two unsuccessful attempts to go to Hong Kong by joining other VBP boats, she bought a forged Singaporean passport at HK$70,000 in Guang Zhou and successfully entered Hong Kong on 20.1.90 via Macao. She intended to use the forged passport to leave' for USA to join her uncle. Her sister is still in Guang Zhou (廣州), staying with a friend named 宰太鴻of廣州市中山 + 15 19 + 3 (VRD 21/90)
