Further to my letter of 3 February I enclose details of four groups of Vietnamese totalling 36 people who have arrived in Hong Kong in early February having earlier crossed the Sino- Vietnamese land border.

As you can see they purchased vessels for their journey to Hong Kong at San Shui (

), Dou Men (-)), Jiang

Ping) and Tai Ping().

I should be grateful if you could pass this information urgently to the relevant Chinese authorities.
