Further to my letter of 13 February I enclose details of a Vietnamese who was intercepted in Hong Kong on 12 February. This individual arrived in Hong Kong having earlier crossed the Sino-Vietnamese land border and the Sino-Hong Kong land border at Shenzhen.

I should be grateful if you could bring this information urgently to the attention of the relevant Chinese authorities.
