practice). With The Queen and the Prime Minister both using VC10s, the prospects of getting our own plane would be slim. The Secretary of State could obviously go to Kenya and on to Harare commercially. I imagine getting from Nigeria to Harare commercially may be more difficult - at least by a reliable airline. The Secretary of State would not, however, rule out getting a lift from Lagos to Harare with the Nigerians. I doubt whether we should say anything to the posts at this stage. There must be a particularly big question mark over Kenya.
