know whether the Secretary of State would like a relatively leisurely start to the visit on these lines, or whether there is

anything else he would prefer to do.

Programme for Mrs Hurd

7. Hong Kong would be very happy to arrange a programme covering any special interests that Mrs Hurd might have. Possibilities

could include housing developments, schools, rehabilitation centres

for the handicapped or homes for the elderly. Mrs Hurd might also

be interested in visiting a public market, or seeing something of

Hong Kong's new transport projects, such as the Mass Transit

Railway. All this could be fitted around those items of the

Secretary of State's programme in which Mrs Hurd would like to take

part.
