know whether the Secretary of State would like a relatively leisurely start to the visit on these lines, or whether there is
anything else he would prefer to do.
Programme for Mrs Hurd
7. Hong Kong would be very happy to arrange a programme covering any special interests that Mrs Hurd might have. Possibilities
could include housing developments, schools, rehabilitation centres
for the handicapped or homes for the elderly. Mrs Hurd might also
be interested in visiting a public market, or seeing something of
Hong Kong's new transport projects, such as the Mass Transit
Railway. All this could be fitted around those items of the
Secretary of State's programme in which Mrs Hurd would like to take
part.
