I refer to the invitation extended on 24th November last to HE The Governor by Sir Peter Gibbings, President of the CFU, to inaugurate the CPU's Conference to be held in Hong Kong commencing 15th October next. In accepting the invitation on 13th December, Sir David Wilson had indicated that his overseas travel plans for 1990 would only be known by this Spring.
