would be successful. He also believed it would pave the way for further similar projects in the region.

7. The High Commissioner said that it was difficult to write a
brief on the subject since our relations were excellent and there
were no contentious issues. He claimed that Drugs Seizure
Legislation was off the agenda now that Singapore would be
introducing legislation.
