Disqualification from registration

"(iv)

Section 11(1)(d) is amended by adding after subparagraph (iii)

of any offence under regulation 27 of the Legislative

Council (Electoral Provisions) (Registration and

Appointment of Authorized Representatives) Regulations

(Cap. 381 sub. leg.) or regulation 26 of the Electoral

Provisions (Registration of Electors) Regulations (Cap.

367 sub. leg.); or".

Compilation of registers

Section 14 (1) is amended -

(a) in paragraph (a) by repealing "15 November" and

substituting "22 June"; and

(b)

in paragraph (b) by repealing "15 January of the

following year" and substituting "8 August in that

year".

Disqualifications for nomination or election

(1) Section 19 (1) is amended

(a) by repealing paragraph (a) and substituting

"(a) holds any established office;

(aa) holds any non-established office;
