in paragraph (e) by repealing "conduct" and

substituting "supervision";

by adding after paragraph (e) -

" (ea)

the procedure for voting at an election;";

and

by repealing paragraph (h) and substituting.

"(h) the determination, declaration and

publication of the result of an election;".

16. Section substituted

Section 42 is repealed and the following substituted

"42. Vacancy where candidate not duly

elected or election void

Where the Court determines on an election petition that

any person declared to have been elected in the election has

not been duly elected and no other person was duly elected, or

that the election was void, such first-mentioned person shall

cease to hold office as a member.".

The Ordinance is amended by adding after section 44 -
