5. One of the individuals concerned, the Reverend Fung
Chi-Wood, was tried and found guilty on 4 July. He has
appealed. The other cases are due to be heard from 13 July.
It therefore remains true that the cases are sub judice, and
a detailed reply to Mr Ashdown would therefore be
inappropriate.
