The next day (You phoned in then ), I visited The Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade ( MOFERT) and filed a formal complaint - we will still be as cooperative as we have been but we are very annoyed by their office hours interruptions and their unfriendly threatening tone. They replied that this will be brought up with Foreign Enterprises Service Company (FESCO) and Public Security Bureau.
