which he knows to be false in a material particular; or
(b)
which is false in a material particular and which he does
not believe to be true,
commits an offence and is liable
(i) on conviction upon indictment to a fine of $250,000 and to
imprisonment for 2 years; or
(ii)
on summary conviction to a fine of $50,000 and to
imprisonment for 6 months.
(7) No information obtained pursuant to a discovery order shall
be used otherwise than for the purposes of -
(a)
proceedings for obtaining and enforcing any order under
this Ordinance; or
(b) any prosecution for an offence under this section.
(8) Any person who contravenes subsection (7) commits an
offence and is liable to a fine of $50,000 and to imprisonment for 6
months.
(9)
Nothing in this section shall derogate from or affect any
power of the High Court existing apart from this section to order the
disclosure or production of any material for the purpose of any
