all property above such value (if any) as may be specified
in the order, held by the specified person, his agents or
trustees, specifying in respect of each such property
particularized whether it is held jointly (and, if so, with
whom) or severally; and
(b) all gifts above such value (if any) as may be specified in
the order, made by the specified person at any time
(i) within the period of 6 years immediately preceding
the date on which proceedings were instituted in Hong Kong
against the specified person for a drug trafficking
offence; or
(ii) where no such proceedings have been instituted,
within the period of 6 years immediately preceding the date
of the discovery order; or
(iii) in either case, within such shorter period as may
be specified in the order.
(5)
A written statement referred to in subsection (1) shall be
in a form specified in rules of court or, in the absence of such
rules, in the discovery order.
