HONG KONG EXTRADITION
1.
You will recall that I wrote to you recently to seek your advice on a couple of queries raised by the Hong Kong Government about the Commonwealth Scheme. I attach a copy of the letter for your reference.
2. It is now intended that this matter will be discussed by the Governor of Hong Kong and his Executive Council on 25 April. It would thus be most helpful if you could let me have an answer to these queries by the end of this week.
