The Requested Party is to bear the normal costs

of compliance with a

translation costs. Where

extraordinary expenses are

involved consultation between the Parties will determine

their apportionment.

A Requested Party may refuse

assistance on the grounds that compliance would impose an

excessive burden on its own resources.
