The Requested Party is to bear the normal costs
of compliance with a
incidental
a request other than the travel and
expenses of witnesses and accompanying
officials travelling to the Requesting Party and
translation costs. Where
extraordinary expenses are
involved consultation between the Parties will determine
their apportionment.
A Requested Party may refuse
assistance on the grounds that compliance would impose an
excessive burden on its own resources.
