Licensee to keep record of
broadcasts

(10) The licensee shall not knowingly broadcast any matter containing political, social, religious, educational or economic propaganda except with the written permission of the Commissioner.
(11) The licensee shall not broadcast any matter of indecent, obscene or offensive character or any matter subversive of public order.
(12) The licensee shall broadcast such Government announcements and matter relating thereto as the Commissioner may require.
(13) The licensee shall, if the Chief Secretary so requires, permit the Government to broadcast any matter from the transmitting station at any time without charge for any period or periods not exceeding in all one hour in any one day (in addition to any matter required to be broadcast under subclauses (12)), and the licensee shall operate the transmitting station for the purpose of such broadcast.
(14) The Commissioner may in his discretion require that no matter shall be broadcast between the hours of midnight and 6.30 a.m. or during any period between those hours, and the licensee shall comply with any such requirement.
8. The licensee shall keep a written record of all matter broadcast showing the source of such matter and the date and time of broadcasting and shall forward a copy of such record to the Commissioner at such intervals as that officer may require.

(1) The licensee shall maintain the transmitting
and receiving stations to the satisfaction of the
Telecommunications Authority and all apparatus in connection therewith shall conform to such conditions as may from time to time be prescribed by that officer. The licensee shall maintain such apparatus in good working order and shall allow any person duly authorised by the Telecommunications Authority to inspect the transmitting and receiving stations and the record referred to in clause 8 at any reasonable time with or without previous notice.
(2) The licensee shall furnish the Telecommunications Authority with such information regarding the operation of the transmitting and receiving stations as may from time to time be required by that officer.
(3) The licensee shall ensure that, so far as is practicable, to the satisfaction of the Telecommunications Authority, all transmissions are made in such manner as to ensure adequate reception thereof in every part of Hong Kong.
