Telecommunications Authority

or any other person authorized by the Telecommunications

Authority on his behalf.

Any such notice or direction should be validly given to the licensee if -

(i)

it is validly signed under sub-para (a);

(ii) it is addressed to the licensee;

and

(iii) if it is served upon the licensee

either by delivering it to a responsible officer or employee

of the licensee at the

registered office of the

licensee or its last known

place of business in Hong Kong

or by forwarding it by registered post to its registered office or last known place of business. in Hong Kong.

The Broadcasting Authority may issue

directions in writing to a licensee

requiring it to take such action with regard to the contents of programmes or

advertisements or to technical standards

as the Broadcasting Authority considers necessary in order to comply with the law, licence conditions, or the Codes

of Practice.
