any provision of any Code of Practice issued by the Broadcasting

Authority; or

(c) any condition of this licence,

where the contravention is due to the act

or omission of the directors, officers, employees or agents of the licensee acting

on behalf of the licensee.

(a) Any notice or direction required or

permitted to be given to the licensee

under the Telecommunication

Ordinance, any other relevant ordinance, any Code of Practice

issued by the Broadcasting Authority

or under the licence,

(i) if it is required or permitted

to be given by the Broadcasting

Authority should be validly

signed if it is signed by the Broadcasting Authority or any other person authorised by the Broadcasting Authority on its

behalf; and

(ii) if it is required or permitted

to be given by the

Telecommunications Authority, should be validly signed if it
