FRG ACCEPTS EAST GERMANS, WHY NOT ALLOW IN VBPS?
In the case of the East Germans, a home is available to them in West Germany under constitution of Federal Republic.
But in case of Vietnamese, international community has accepted for some time that those who are screened out as non-refugees and have no prospect of resettlement in West, should return to Vietnam.
