thereof.

(m) Power to borrow or raise money for the purposes of

mere investment or for acquiring any property either

without security or on the security of the whole or part

of the Trust Fund and of any property so acquired.

(n) Power to lease let grant tenancies hire out accept

surrenders of leases tenancies and hirings and to

mortgage charge and to enter into and carry into effect

any grants agreements or arrangements whatsoever of or

relating to any land buildings or chattels for the time

being comprised in the Trust Fund in all respects as if

the Trustee was an absolute beneficial owner of such land

buildings or chattels

mortgagee or chargee being concerned to see for what

purpose any money is raised or as to the application

thereof.

(p) Power to put any investments or property subject to

the trusts of this deed into and to acquire any

investments or property intended to become so subject in

names of any nominee or nominees whatsoever of the
