the Trust Fund.

(g) Power to prescribe and appoint the duties to be

performed by its agents and such duties may include the

receipt and payment of money.

(h) Power to dismiss or terminate the engagement of any

such agent.

(i) Power to purchase take on lease or under a tenancy

hire or otherwise acquire any land or buildings for any

estate or interest and any chattels to be occupied or

used for the purposes of execution administration and

management of the trusts hereof and power to construct

enlarge alter adapt furnish and equip any buildings so

occupied or used or to be so occupied or used.

(j) Power to repair maintain clean renew or improve any

buildings chattels or fixtures comprised in the property.

(k) Power at any time or times to apply any moneys

subject to the trusts hereof in making improvements upon

or otherwise developing or working any land or in

erecting repairing decorating making any alterations to

or improvements in or pulling down and rebuilding any

buildings which shall or the proceeds of any sale of

which would be subject to the same trusts.

(1) Power to raise any money required for the purposes

of the trusts hereof by sale mortgage or charge of the
