CBI OVERSEAS SCHOLARSHIPS
On 19 July the CBI Scholarships Board is to decide on the provisional distribution of scholarships for 1990/91.
Provisional, that is, on there being suitable candidates forthcoming and on places being obtainable for them in industry.
The attached table shows:
a) The provisional 'offers' made for the year just ended, 1988/89
b) The nominations received for 1988/89
c)
The actual awards made in 1988/89
d)
The provisional 'offers made for the current year, 1989/90
e)
The proposed distribution of 'offers' for 1990/91
I should be grateful for any comments or suggestions you may have, by Friday 30 June, please, for tabling at the meeting.
