We spoke at the telephone today about Sir S K
Tang's gift of £1 million for charitable purposes in the
UK. I should be grateful for your views on whether a
valid trust has been created by that gift, and on how we
should now proceed so as to ensure that Sir S K Tang's
wishes are given effect in the UK.
